Nigeria face off with Desert Foxes of Algeria to secure a place in the 2019 AFCON final

Three time African champions the super Eagles of Nigeria will be aiming to secure their passage into the finals of the ongoing Total Africa Cup Of Nations in Egypt.

The 2013 Champions who had a slim 1-nil wins in their opening two group games,before suffering a shock defeat to debutant Madagascar,however made it through to the second round of the competition in which they knocked out 2017 champions Cameroon 3-2,before securing a 2-1 late victory against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in the quarter final round to set up a meeting with north African side Algeria on sunday.

Nigeria who won the competition in 1980,1994 and 2013 will be aiming to secure their fourth continental title as they face the desert foxes of Algeria in a place for the final.
